Dante A. Gabriel is a founding partner and President of GMB Engineers and Planners, Inc. (GMB). He serves as Project Manager, Principal-in-Charge, and technical advisor to traffic engineering design activities, transportation planning studies, resort planning, traffic impact studies, and the administrative functions of the firm. Mr. Gabriel has 28 years of experience in all facets of traffic engineering and transportation planning activities. He is responsible for all production work involving traffic signal systems and signal timing, pavement markings and signing plans, maintenance of traffic plans, lighting plans, parking layout, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Design and other design activities. He is also responsible for the development of traffic elements for Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs), comprehensive plans, specific area plans, transportation modeling and design traffic projects, roadway corridor preliminary engineering studies, and other studies involving assessment of traffic impacts of site development projects. Mr. Gabriel has managed several continuing services contracts for various public and private clients. These continuing services projects include traffic operations studies, transportation modeling support, design traffic for Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Studies, airport and resort traffic circulation master planning, and eminent domain support.

David Mulholland is Senior Vice President of GMB Engineers & Planners, Inc. (GMB). He has over 17 years of experience in the professional field of practice that encompasses a wide variety of transportation planning and traffic engineering projects. Mr. Mulholland has served as Project Manager and Principal-in-Charge providing the technical experience and knowledge in the development of creative solutions for both private and public sector clienteles. With expertise in the areas of transportation planning and traffic operations, Mr. Mulholland has served as Project Manager and Principal-in-Charge on several diverse and technically challenging projects where he focused on the production of quality services and products to meet all of the GMB client’s needs.

Babuji Ambikapathy is a Senior Vice President with GMB Engineers & Planners, Inc. (GMB). He is responsible for all production work involving transportation modeling with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications, developing design traffic reports, traffic operation studies involving signal warrant studies, intersection analysis and traffic data collection. Babuji has over 18 years of transportation planning and engineering experience, including project management and project engineering assignments for public and private agencies. He served as a senior engineer and assisted in managing three (3) Districtwide Design Traffic Contracts for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Five. He has used various long-range transportation models from different Metropolitan Planning Organizations and has provided his expertise in developing design traffic reports for county agencies. He is currently managing the District One Districtwide Systems Planning Contract.
