GMB is a fast growing, 50+ person firm built on enduring client relationships and client satisfaction. We develop solutions built on comprehensive transportation planning and traffic engineering principles with a definitive history in both the public and private sectors. While each project and client is different, we believe there are several key elements required that help create successful projects. At GMB we believe in going Beyond Expectations.

Our firm has successfully completed numerous Traffic Impact Studies, Concurrency Studies, Rezoning Applications, Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Reviews, Development Orders and Fair Share Cost Negotiations. Similarly, we are under contract with Orange County on a Continuing Transportation Planning Services and a separate contract for the Monitoring of Independent Impact Fee Studies. We also provide traffic engineering and transportation planning services for Volusia, Seminole, Lake, Citrus and Putnam Counties and with the Cities of Orlando and Daytona Beach in Florida. GMB also provides Districtwide Planning and Engineering Services for the Florida Department of Transportation, Districts One and Five. Finally, we provide consultancy services with the Town of Lady Lake, Florida in the review of Traffic Impact Analysis and DRI applications and other traffic engineering and transportation planning issues.

GMB Solution

Management and Communication
GMB identifies a Project Manager as well as Task Managers for all projects. This allows for better quality assurance and quality control of the project. The Project Manager can keep track of the overall success of the project while the Task Manager can monitor the daily operations that keep the project on point. In addition, a Principal-in-Charge (PIC) is also assigned to each project. The PIC’s role is to be a technical advisor on the project and provide support to the entire staff to assure they have access to all available resources needed to accomplish the task at hand. We pride ourselves on having dedicated client relationships and being a firm that will be there when you need us.

Staffing Quality
The GMB staff includes professionals in all aspects of transportation engineering and planning, coupled with a multi-disciplined team that can branch out to provide additional support such as GIS, Graphic Design, Data Collection, and Modeling Services. GMB is staffed with highly motivated, creative professionals that are focused on their assigned task to match your needs.

Quality Control and Review
GMB is recognized in the industry for the production of the highest quality products available. We strictly adhere to the evaluation of products, deliverables and services through a well defined quality control process. Our quality control process integrates several levels of staff to review all aspects of our outgoing products. The last step of our process is to conduct a final verification by the GMB Quality Control Manager.
