Located in the heart of Central Florida, Lake County has proven to be a county on the rise. In April of 2005, the Department of Growth Management has reported an average annual population gain of 5.5%. GMB Engineers & Planners, Inc. recognizes the need in Growth Management for Lake County and has answered the call for Transportation Engineering Services.

Continuing Transportation Engineering Services

GMB Engineers & Planners, Inc. has a work order based continuing services contract with Lake County, Florida which conducts signal warrant studies, delay studies, qualitative analysis, crash analysis, and pushbutton designs of intersection improvements and traffic signals. The work assignments also consist of traffic data collection, structural analysis for signal poles and reviewing traffic impact studies and DRI's.
