Project Description:
GMB was recently awarded the Continuing Professional Planning Services contract. This contract also involves issues similar to the City of Lakeland’s requirements. These tasks include:

• Data Collection, Analysis, Preparation and Presentation of EAR Based Comprehensive Plan Amendment Draft (Hearing Draft)
  
• Submittal of EAR Based Comprehensive Plan Amendment – Traffic/ Transit Elements
  
• Area-wide Traffic Study
