Our firm has successfully completed numerous transportation planning, traffic operations and design related activities to support our clients. GMB staff have a comprehensive understanding of the growth management and transportation planning services including, but not limited to policy planning, traffic impact studies, subarea/corridor evaluations, long range planning, financial assessments , feasibility planning, travel demand modeling, access management, design traffic forecasting and due diligence studies.  In addition, our broad range of traffic operation services provide for technical evaluations through the development of safe and efficient recommendations. Our staff has extensive experience in all facets of traffic operations including signal systems, safety evaluations, intersection assessments, corridor progression analyses, before/after studies, neighborhood studies and traffic calming services. GMB has developed a wide array of transportation design related services that incorporates minor design activities, roadway lighting, signing/pavement markings, maintenance of traffic plans, signal systems design as well as the corresponding permitting services.  GMB has recently expanded our practice to provide state of the art technology that streamlines the way we and our clients do business. Our services include the development of applications through GIS and programming to support our clients. Through coordination efforts with our State and local clients, GMB has delivered numerous “out of the box” systems including, growth management tracking tools, concurrency management systems and multi-jurisdictional review applications.
